this series will also be for sale in-person at a going away party i am having on saturday, august 10th. it will be a combination yard sale/ studio art sale/ studio supply sale/ fundraiser/ dance/ going away/ birthday party. thinking of having steak, hotdogs, and champagne :) i would love to see everyone again before taking off on this new journey <3

i spent a month at pilchuck glass school in washington state learning neon, sand casting glass, and some glass fusing. even got to pull my own custom color tubes βΏΰΛ. α΅α΅

on june 1st i participated in an ephemeral, public art festival organzied by hillsborough community college. i installed a new chrysalis piece made during my feb/march/april 2024 residency at arts southeast in savannah, ga and works from my 2022 ny solo exhibition at selenas mountain. i had a great time showing these works in florida for the first time. photos from that here and below:

in may we closed devin balaraβs show at coco hunday and installed a summer open call group exhibition, phone, wallet, KEYS. i am very proud of this installation and the many innovative artist keychains.

in april i had a new sculpture of lover swans in LA at guerrero gallery in the group show, adult contemporary, curated by problem child advisory.

and here are a few photos from my feb/march/april 2024 residency at arts southeast in savannah, ga. i had such a lovely time and really fell in love with the city. i highly recommend this residency. i worked on 2 new video pieces, collages, large scale arrangements of my plasma cut drawings, and sketches for larger sculptures in the queue. special thanks to jerome meadows for inviting me to work on my pieces at his gigantic studio.
